Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Sales Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team at National Aircon India Pvt Ltd. As an HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for Independently generating enquiries, prepare estimations, provide value engineering solutions, negotiate with suppliers, meet consultant/ client for technical and commercial negotiations, prepare detailed market analysis reports. Candidate must be capable of leading a team of engineers. Must be willing to work anywhere in India. Must be open to learn profiles other than his area of expertise.

This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of HVAC sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
  • Strong technical sales background with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards.
  • Experience in preparing proposals and conducting sales presentations.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers by utilizing your product knowledge & applications experience in the HVAC market.
  • Responsible for annual sales targets and sales growth of company. Securing long-term development of company s business.
  • Ensures quality standards are maintained for both pre-sale and post-sale customer support and order fulfilment.
  • Call on and build relationships with new and existing customers, contractors, engineering and architectural firms.
  • Initiate sales process, pre-qualify customers/partners and coach sales through to order.
  • Preparation of sales proposals, estimates and take offs.
  • Process and analyse feasibility assessments and/or all bid documents.
  • Maintain influence throughout all project design, technical and sales support to ensure sales and relationship success
  • Be independent, goal-oriented and results-driven and have strong drive Preferred candidate profile
